A grounded trainer download should take minutes, not an afternoon of forum threads. This setup guide covers delivery, paths, and the checks we run before the first toggle.

Pointing the loader at the right exe
Steam default: Steam library → Grounded → Grounded.exe. Game Pass: use the vendor path guide for WindowsApps or your custom install.
Launch the loader as administrator once. Start the game after the overlay says attached — not before.
If attach fails, verify updates and retry without Discord overlay or extra injectors running.
First session smoke test
Load a single-player save. Enable one toggle — stamina or free crafting — and play ten minutes. Add combat cheats only after stability looks good.
